Refund policy

We at Ayissa Textile Designs thank you for your purchase. We are committed to ensuring your experience with us is always a pleasant one. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Returned items should be accompanied by the original receipt, unused, and in the original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at info.ayissatextiledesigns@gmail.com. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You should send the products to the following address: Ayissa Textile Designs, Shop #19 Pelican Craft Centre, BB11000 Bridgetown, Barbados.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and reimburse you no later that fourteen (14) days from the day we received your returned item(s). Reimbursement will be facilitated using the same means of payment you used for the order.
