Shipping policy

At check-out we offer the most economical shipping options based on the weight of your package and your location.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery time for registered and standard secured shipping is typically 10 to 15 business days and express shipping usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

Please note that we may be obligated to operate subject to various rules and restrictions related to some international deliveries, and you may have to pay additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where the order was placed and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise. We have no control over packages held by the customs department in your country. If your order is held we suggest calling your customs department directly and ask them to release your package.
